About Me
Hi! My name is Jason R. Hindman and I live in Longmont, CO with my beautiful family. I have years of experience as a handyman and home repair specialist, and I love working with my neighbors in the Longmont area including Boulder, Gunbarrel, Niwot, Hygiene, Lyons, Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, Berthoud, and other local Colorado Front Range communities.

Pricing
I offer high-quality home care services at affordable prices, and I like to be very up-front about my rates. I charge HOURLY because in my experience it most often behooves YOU as the client. A lot of contractors like to bid high to see what they can get away with, so you could end up paying them as much as $500 per hour for very simple projects just because you didn’t know any better. Or, they give you a low estimate, and then they rush the job with absolutely zero quality control or respect for your home. But I provide honest work for honest pay!
Property Management / Maintenance
I also work with local HOAs, condos, and apartment buildings to provide on-site maintenance and fulfill weekly tenant service requests. I have remodeled single units from head to toe and I’m proficient in painting, drywall, appliance repair, flooring, windows/doors, bathroom fixtures, plumbing, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, and more. My clients on this job could have hired a general contractor (GC), who would in-turn have hired subcontractors as: drywallers, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and tile experts. Instead, they hired me, because I can do it all! And by myself I was able to complete the job in only a few short weeks while saving them an estimated $7000 in the process!
This particular job included:
- Framing and building a new drywall ceiling
- Re-routing and installing new light fixtures (x3)
- Setting a new shower pan in place of an old bathtub
- Re-routing and installing new plumbing fixtures
- Creating a custom recessed/tiled cabinet in shower
- Creating a custom recessed/tiled medicine cabinet
- Installing a floating vanity with custom sink
- Installing large octagonal concrete tiles on floor
- Installing small octagonal mosaic tiles in shower pan
- Installing new glass sliding shower doors
- Installing new brass fixtures in shower/sink
- Installing new floor transitions
- Setting toilet to new custom height
- Cutting all trim and doors to fit
- Texturing and painting all walls/ceiling/trim
The bottom line is that I’m in the business of helping people, building a local community, and getting repeat and referral customers by proving to them that I’m a trusted and talented resource for home maintenance and repairs.
